Documentary in which the actor embraces the burgeoning trend for outdoor swimming by taking to the waters up and down Britain and meeting a host of passionate enthusiasts. He begins by returning to his childhood haunts, and from a shaky start in the freezing River Tyne, Robson explores the more clement waters of the South West. He also draws on the experience of extreme swimmer Lewis Pugh as he focuses on tackling Northumberland's Holy Island.
